These files are set for 'Read-only' ... if you need to edit your files after downloading,
you will need to do the following:

Open Windows Explorer.
Locate the file(s) you have just downloaded.
    Example: 10_team.xls or  10_team.doc
        [unless saved under a different name]
Right click on the file name.  Left click on 'Properties'.
Left click 'General' tab up in the corner.
Look for the 'Attributes' section toward the bottom.
Left click in the box next to 'Archive' to place an "X" in that box.
Left click on the "X" next to 'Read-only' to remove.
Left click on 'OK'.
Repeat for each file.
